Salary Range: $120,000.00 - $220,000.00

BMW of Coconut Creek is looking for talented Sales Managers to join our New Car Sales Team. BMW of Coconut Creek is part of the Moragn Autotomotive Group.  is looking to add a qualified New Car Sales Manager to the team. We offer our associates a team environment, great benefits and ongoing training and support. Pay range expected $120k-$220k depending on experience!*

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with our sales team and customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales process
  • Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
  • Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing sales
  • Desk deals for sales professionals and take T.O.’s to maximize deal potential
  • Excellent Phone Skills
  • Help manage all other aspects of the sales department
  • Work with wholesales to purchase vehicles for the inventory from auction, off-lease returns & intercompany
  • Complete trade appraisals

Qualifications


Qualities we require:

  • New/Used Desking Experience
  • Previous high-volume desking and closing skills experience
  • Team Building Skills/ Strong Leadership Skills
  • Experience managing large sales teams
  • Self-Starter/Goal Oriented/Strong work ethic/ Integrity/Attention to detail
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment/Good time management skills
  • Documented top 5% performer in the current role
  • Knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds and computer experience is required
  • Professional communication and people skills
  • Positive attitude with high-energy personality/Professional appearance
  • Willingness to learn, receptive to new ideas/Ability to be a team player
  • Flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Ability to work well in a process driven environment
  • Bi-lingual is a plus

You will need to also include:

  • 3 current references (exclude friend or family)
