Key responsibilities outlined in the provided description include:

• Coordinating final walk-throughs and ensuring completion of punch lists.
• Managing communication with stakeholders and team members.
• Assigning tasks to team members and ensuring timely completion.
• Monitoring materials and purchases.
• Facilitating window and glass replacements.
• Researching and arranging warehouse space for materials and office needs.
• Completing additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

The role may also involve elements of vendor management, marketing, and cold calling, depending on the specific needs of the project or organization.

Job requirements:

• Prior experience in construction project coordination. (Preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
• Experience with project management software, Monday.com (Preferred)
• Knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and budget management.
• Leadership and team management abilities.
• Customer service orientation.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing project needs.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Compensation:

• Starting pay: $18 per hour
• Probationary period: 3 months
• Pay increase after 90 days based on performance and evaluation.
