FF&E Project Coordinator

SUMMARY:

As part of the Flood Brothers Team, the FF&E Project Coordinator is a full-time position responsible for the scheduling and organizing all projects in cooperation with Project Managers and Sales Executives, Client Satisfaction, Project planning and other duties as assigned.

We specialize in office moves, furniture installation and office storage. We are committed to putting only skilled and qualified employees on every job site. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and schedule for hospitality projects
Create work orders for submission to internal operations team
Ensure client needs are met as the project evolves
Efficiently track inbound and outbound product utilizing excel worksheets
Be a brand ambassador
Maintaining accuracy and producing paperwork for assigned jobs
Able to problem solve and relay solutions to crew
Schedule daily product deliveries to warehouses and installation of product at job sites
Assist Sr. Project Coordinators with job quotes as required
Assist with final job cost as required.
Daily, weekly, monthly, reporting to our clients, as requested, of inventory received
Learn and adhere to safety and rules and regulations

REQUIREMENTS:

Demonstrated capability of tracking and coordinating multiple projects
High School Diploma/Equivalent required; College preferred
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong computer skills
MS office suite proficient with emphasis on excel
Detail oriented
Inventory control, general accounting, and budgeting experience
Warehousing receiving and delivery experience
Must be willing and able to travel throughout the continental US
Office Location is in Manchester, TN

SALARY

$70K yearly based on relevant experience and internal equity.

TRAVEL REQUIRED

100% Travel within the Continental United States
