**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and excellent customer service to patients and visitors.

**Duties:**

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner

- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries

- Maintain electronic medical records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality

- Assist with insurance verification processes

- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow

- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence

- Utilize medical scheduling software such as Epic and BluePrint Solutions

-Answer patient calls, schedule appointments, & registration of patients

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in a medical receptionist or administrative support role

- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures

- Proficiency in using office equipment and computer software

- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively

- Knowledge of medical office procedures, including handling medical records

- Experience with phone systems and managing patient appointments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.36 - $17.09 per hour
