Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our outstanding team of clinicians and fulfill the needs of our growing practice! We highly regard ambition, creativity, and teamwork. Full-time and part-time opportunities available!

Main job responsibilities include: 

  • Serving our children and families by providing comprehensive assessment and high-quality intervention of children with speech, language, literacy, fluency, and/or feeding disorders
  • Developing individualized home education programs
  • Maintaining timely documentation according to company standards
  • Coordinating care with other health professionals
  • Participating in screenings, enrichment programs, homeschool classes, and any other programs in-line with the mission of More to Say
  • Contributing to team success by excelling in the individual role

Job Requirements

  • Must love working with children!
  • Strong time management skills
  • Reliable and motivated
  • Quick learner and problem solver
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enjoys working in a team environment
  • Master’s in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited graduate program
  • Current state speech and language pathologist license (CT)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or CF
