As a Server/Runner, you'll play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to our guests by delivering food and beverages with speed and accuracy while also assisting with various tasks to support our restaurant operations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor, providing attentive service throughout their dining experience.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
• Monitor the dining area to anticipate and address any guest needs or concerns.
• Assist with delivering food from the kitchen to the dining area, ensuring orders are complete and correctly prepared.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other servers to coordinate order timing and ensure smooth service.
• Assist with clearing and resetting tables, as well as other tasks to maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality is a plus.
• Previous experience as a server or runner in a restaurant environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service to every guest.
