Responsibilities

- Assisting customers promptly and professionally, addressing their inquiries and providing solutions.

- Handling a high volume of inbound calls, ensuring accurate and efficient resolution of customer issues.

- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records.

- Providing bilingual support and ensuring effective communication with Spanish-speaking customers.

- Collaborating with team members to promote a positive and cohesive work environment.

- Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and recommend insurance policies that meet their unique needs.

- Identify cross-sell opportunities.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

- Fluency in both English and Spanish.

- Previous customer service experience.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet.

- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and coachable.
