We are looking for motivated, team-orientated candidates who are passionate about service, excellence, and quality. You will be responsible for employee management and training to ensure Mooyah Burgers operational standards are communicated, trained and maintained in the restaurant. In this leadership role, you ensure optimal restaurant financial results, outstanding guest service and food quality, while providing the restaurant management and Co-worker team with opportunities for everyone to be successful.
We require the following: Stable work history, minimum of 1-2 years previous experience in the food service industry, preferred experience in fast food, quick service, casual dining. Must have HS Diploma or GED, complete a Food Service Management of Culinary program for a portion of time-based experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs and back-of-house restaurant systems. Ability to lead, motivate and empower team members to high level of performance, set goals, and create plans. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays when needed. Must be able to pass background check and drug screening and have a current valid driver's license.
