Key Responsibilities:

*Member Account Services: *Maintain accurate and up-to-date member profiles and account information. *Process membership applications, renewals, and cancellations with precision. *Monitor member billing, address discrepancies, and provide timely assistance with account-related inquiries. *Social Media Management: *Develop and execute a social media strategy to enhance the club's online presence. *Create and curate engaging content for various platforms,. *Monitor social media trends and implement innovative approaches to increase follower engagement. *Communication and Member Interaction: *Act as a responsive point of contact for member inquiries related to accounts and club activities. *Foster positive relationships with members through online platforms, addressing comments, and creating a sense of community. *Event Coordination Support: *Collaborate with the events team to promote upcoming activities and gatherings on social media. *Assist in coordinating member events by managing RSVPs, tracking attendance, and handling associated billing. *Social Media Analytics: *Utilize analytics tools to track the performance of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed. *Provide regular reports on social media metrics, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

*Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a country club or hospitality setting. *Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. *Proficient in member account management systems and social media platforms. *Excellent written and verbal communication skills. *Creativity and a keen understanding of social media trends. *Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. *Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Education and Experience:

*Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred. *Prior experience in member services, account management, or social media management is advantageous.
