About the open position:

We're currently seeking a talented PowerBI Report Developer to implement reports designed by the Report Designer, with direction and guidance from the Senior Report Developer. This role entails close collaboration with the Senior Report Developer to comprehend project requirements and technical solutions.

This employee will engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise and develop PowerBI reports adhering to established standards and best practices. Additionally, the PowerBI Report Developer will conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure report accuracy and functionality. They will also assist in optimizing report performance and user experience.

This full-time, salaried position is open to candidates in the US who are eligible to work without current or future sponsorship. The salary range is $85,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on skills and expertise.

What you’ll do as a PowerBI Report Developer:

• Implement reports designed by the Report Designer, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
• Work closely with the Senior Report Developer to understand project requirements and technical solutions.
• Develop PowerBI reports according to established standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.
• Perform testing and troubleshooting to ensure report accuracy and functionality.
• Assist in optimizing report performance and user experience.
• Stay updated on the latest PowerBI features and best practices to continuously improve report development processes.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in developing PowerBI reports.
• Strong understanding of report development principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in PowerBI desktop and PowerBI service.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.

You’ll be a top candidate if you have:

• PowerBI certification.
• Familiarity with other report development tools, such as Tableau and Microsoft Reporting Services.
• Experience with Jira for workflow tracking.
• Experience using GitHub for report change management.
