Sonabank is Hiring a V1BE Mobile Customer Service Representative Near Henrico, VA
Position Summary: As a V1BE Mobile Customer Service Representative (MCSR), you will stay active, work independently, and be part of a motivated team that efficiently and safely delivers Primis Bank transactions to customers at their home or office (within certain areas) every day. Your 'office' will be your assigned company vehicle. As a MCSR you will be the face of Primis' revolutionary bank delivery service by utilizing a proprietary mobile application to track and guide safe and efficient delivery /receipt of banking services such as cash, checks, debit cards, notary services, and other banking instruments directly to customers where it is most convenient to them. Delivering the bank to the customer. Primary Duties
Provide excellent customer service while fulfilling time sensitive delivery or pick up valuables at customer specified locations.
Work cooperatively with Coordinator and branch personnel to ensure successfully completed transaction requests.
MCSR's will receive time sensitive requests or tasks from the V1BE Coordinator via delivery app. MCSR's then complete the task through bank branch interaction and customer delivery.
MSCRs performance will be regularly evaluated based on key metrics related to efficiency, accuracy, and assigned goals.
MSCR's are eligible to participate in bank incentive programs and are encourage to engage in sales conversations while interacting with customers therefore bank knowledge is highly recommended.
Maintain compliance with and adhere to all state and federal regulations and bank policies and procedures, including, but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, SAR, CTR, FACT ACT, Community Reinvestment Act, and EEO/AA/Fair Employment Practices.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Minimum Educational & Experience Requirements
High School diploma required
Previous delivery, security experience, or Military background
Leadership experience in a retail environment
Previous retail bank experience (Preferred)
Minimum Skill Requirements
The ability to work independently in an assigned region using a personal vehicle with reimbursed mileage
Maintain confidentiality, be aware of surroundings, understand and adhere to established safety protocol
Ability to utilize a GPS system
A valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
a clear background check
Physical Demands In terms of an 8-hour workday, "occasional" equals 1% to 33%, "frequent" equals 34% to 66%, and "continuous" equals 67% to 100%.
