Moore Colson is looking for a dynamic Senior Associate to join our growing Special Services - Consulting team in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of field exam and/or audit experience . A Day in the Life Special Services Senior Associates are responsible for (but not limited to):
Independently analyzing prospective and existing Borrower collateral records and financials on behalf of financial institutions and non-bank lenders.
Assessing collateral values that secure loans to verify collateral is sufficient to support a lender's proposed structure and amounts, highlight trends and note areas of collateral weakness.
Verify that collateral values are being reported and managed in accordance with the lender's Loan Agreement and ensure proper reporting of collateral on the borrowing base certificate
Prepares Field Examination Reports and supporting workpapers that highlight findings and material variances found, conclusions reached, and related recommendations for improvement if necessary.
Interfacing and building successful relationships with client and target contacts.
Requirements The successful candidate will have the following experience and attributes:
Bachelor's degree in related field and current CPA license preferred
Master's degree (e.g. MBA, MAcc, Finance) a plus
3-5 years of field examination and/or audit experience
Exceptional Excel skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Consultative approach and client service oriented

Exceptional and proactive communicator (verbal & written)
Ability/willingness to travel as needed (approx. 30%)
