We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Office Manager for Direct Support Professional to join our team and provide high-quality care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities. The Direct Support Professional will oversee staff responsible for assisting clients with their daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing transportation and participating in recreational activities. The successful candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills and be able to work collaboratively with other team members and take initiate within that area and obtain strong knowledge in the field.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 year of experience as a direct support professional and also management in a similar role

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload

• Ability to work collaboratively with other team members

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus.
