Tasks:

  • Prepare exact and accurate measurements for prescriptions under the supervision of a professional pharmacist.
  • Maintain full control over delivering, stocking, and labeling medicine and other products.
  • Engage with customers professionally and with empathy, managing their profiles and prescription histories while ensuring top-tier service.
  • Guarantee patient privacy and confidentiality is maintained at all times.
  • Maintain drug inventory, ensuring the pharmacy is adequately stocked and the expired products are systematically phased out.
  • Work in perfect synchronization with other pharmacy staff while proficiently managing high prescription volumes.
  • Educate customers on the directions and side effects of medications, exhibiting good knowledge of pharmaceutical terms, abbreviations and drug properties.

Criteria:

  • Previous experience in a pharmacy, particularly in pharmaceutical inventory management, is desired but not required.
  • Excellent customer interaction and communication skills.
  • The ability to stand, walk, and stay on one's feet for long periods of time.
  • Proficiency in handling delicate and extraordinary situations with the utmost professionalism.
  • A patient and empathetic demeanor with a strong motivation to provide superior customer service.
  • Willingness to keep abreast of any new information, guidelines, or regulations in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
