Duties:

• Receiving and processing prescription requests from patients, and ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
• Assisting pharmacists in preparing prescription orders and packaging medications and healthcare products for delivery.
• Managing the pharmaceutical inventory by stocking and labeling medicines and providing notifications on low stock levels.
• Maintaining patient records according to confidentiality laws.
• Dealing with customer queries and offering expert advice on prescription medications.
• Coordinating with insurance companies to handle claims and payments.
• Implementing all policies and regulations pertaining to pharmacological services.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
• 18 years of age or older
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination

• Proficiency in managing prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
