The expediter stands between the kitchen line and the front of the house at the expediter window. She/he manages order tickets and checks for errors in content and quality. She/he assembles trays of food for pickup and notifies servers using a paging system. The expediter will finish off plates with garnishes and sauces as required. When things get busy the expediter stays calm and moves the food along, making the cooks and the servers very happy people. The expediter is an organizer and decision maker.

We prefer experience in this position, but if you have the skills to communicate effectively and are organized, then we can train you!
