Moody Orthodontics is Hiring an Orthodontic Scheduling and Front Desk Coordinator Near Austin, TX

Are you a highly organized and personable professional seeking an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills? Look no further! Moody Orthodontics is actively seeking an energetic, friendly, self-motivated Front Office Coordinator to join our dynamic and fun team.

Responsibilities:

- Efficiently manage all front office operations, including answering phone calls, texting patients, greeting patients, and handling inquiries with grace and professionalism.

- Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area, ensuring a positive first impression for clients and guests.

- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and keeping calendars up to date and ensuring optimal use of time and resources.

- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages, with attention to detail and accuracy.

- Assist with administrative tasks such as verifying insurance, maintaining weekly and monthly reports, internal marketing, ensuring confidentiality and precision.

- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and workflow, acting as a reliable point of contact for queries and information.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in an orthodontic or dental front office preferred but not required. Experience in a fast paced administrative role, demonstrating exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a friendly demeanor.

- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with individuals at all levels.

- Proficiency in office software and tools, including email systems, calendar management, and basic computer applications.

- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all tasks.

- Customer service-oriented mindset, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. You must enjoy interacting with people and have a heart for service.

Experience:

  • Scheduling: 2 years (Required)
  • Dental/Orthodontic Office: 1 year (Preferred)

Hours: 34-40

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
