Job Summary:
The Shop Clean Up and Driver at Montrose Collision Center Akron plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the shop as well as providing transportation services for the automotive repair and maintenance facility. This is a full-time, hourly position in the auto industry, located in Akron, Ohio. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for ensuring that the shop is clean and orderly, assisting with various tasks, and providing timely transport services as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning of equipment and tools
- Assist with minor repair and maintenance tasks as needed
- Dispose of waste and hazardous materials in accordance with company policies
- Clean and maintain restrooms, break room, and office spaces
- Ensure all areas of the shop are free of debris and obstacles for safe and efficient operation
- Drive company vehicles to pick up and deliver customer vehicles, parts, and supplies
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a related field preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes is a plus
