Email Me This Job The Thomas Jefferson Foundation seeks a full time Ticketing Specialist in its Ticket Office. This position serves as key holder and tour and event expert who can deliver impeccable guest service. The Specialist is responsible for opening and closing registers, interacting with guests, making change for sales associates, reconciling the day's sales, supervising Ticket Office under the Ticketing Team Lead's direction. This position includes standing for several hours a day and the need to prioritize tasks. Successful candidates will have enthusiasm for working with people, experience in customer service/sales/hospitality, and the ability to multi-task with ease. Candidates should have experience with point-of-sale or ticketing computer software, strong verbal communication skills, and mathematical proficiency.
