SALARY: State Salary Schedule

QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of Master’s Degree. 5-10 years of successful teaching experience or any other combination of education and experience needed to successfully perform the job duties. Experience in building/central administration and/or demonstrated success in instructional facilitation required. Building principal experience preferred. Ability and experience in staff training. Strong collaborative and communication skills a must.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Maximizes student achievement by identifying, analyzing, and recommending assessment systems and instructional programming and practices that enhance teaching and learning, monitoring, and evaluating results:

• Coaches the elementary principals and leadership teams at schools.
• Participates in the development of strategic plans to meet the objectives set forth by the Board of Education.
• Assists schools in meeting academic standards, including those established by federal Title programs and ESSA.
• Supervises and coordinates the K-12 instructional facilitator model to maintain alignment and produce positive results.
• Assists principals and instructional facilitators with identifying needs, makes recommendations, and facilitates the delivery of professional staff development.
• Multiple other duties as assigned and as necessary.
