QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current Alabama Teacher’s Certification, Bachelor’s Degree or higher with an endorsement in general elementary education

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Use standards-based instruction to meet the needs of students at their individual levels through the content areas of math and reading.
• Assesses student abilities as related to student
• Develops and implements a program of instruction that meets the individual needs of students and is consistent state courses of study.
• Plans and implements a variety of appropriate instructional/learning strategies and activities which serve the needs and capabilities of the students.
• Manages the behavior of learners in the classroom and participates in the management of student
• Willing to attend paid training sessions to prepare for the summer program
• Additional duties may be assigned

SALARY: $50/hour

FUND SOURCE: ESSER Funds

WORK TERM: May 28, 2024- June 27, 2024 (7:30a.m.- 12:45 p.m.)
