SUMMARY
The Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services' Office of Mental Health / Developmental Disabilities / Early Intervention (MH / DD / EI) is committed to promoting a vision of wellness, recovery, and resiliency by contracting for services to support the recovery journeys of its residents who experience mental health challenges.
The Weekend Delegate Unit Supervisor is responsible for supervision of Weekend Delegates. The Weekend Delegate Unit Supervisor collaborates with the Shift Leads / Supervisors to develop processes and procedures for implementation of requirements listed in the MHPA and QA activities, for final approval by the Manager.
The Supervisor follows up on incomplete 302 packets and produces QA reports and preliminary analysis for use by the Manager.
The Supervisor may provide direct delegate services as required, approves back-up county funding requests, and provides consultation to the delegate on complex petition situations, elevating to the Manager as needed.
The Supervisor reports directly to the Manager, and performs other duties as assigned by the Manager, the Deputy Administrator, and Administrator.
The Supervisor works weekend shifts (12 hr Saturday and Sunday) and as part of professional development strategies may require meetings or trainings during weekday hours.
