The IT Manager will be responsible for planning, directing and managing the office's computer network, servers and other equipment, and court case management system, will delegate duties to other IT staff as necessary and required.
Ability to solve technical issues.
Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of users. Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
Willingness to work as a team with others and to handle a variety of areas including desktop support, network maintenance and installation, and software support including Microsoft Office products.
Knowledge of common office practices and procedures in a legal environment is a plus.
A Bachelor degree in related studies and a minimum of 3 years of IT management experience or an Associate degree in related studies and a minimum of 5 years of IT management experience.
Working knowledge of Crystal Reports. Previous experience with CourtView Justice Solutions and Onbase is desired.
Certifications desired include A Certification and Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).
This is a full time, unclassified position with benefits, including OPERS. Salary range is $65,000.00 - $70,000.00, dependent on experience and certification level.
