Montgomery County Educational Service Center is Hiring a Preschool Hearing Impaired Intervention Specialist Near Dayton, OH

Applications are now being accepted for a Preschool Intervention Specialist with a Hearing Impaired endorsement. Students in this preschool class are Deaf/hard of hearing with additional disabilities and are learning to communicate. Spoken language, American Sign Language and Augmentative/Alternative Communication (AAC) are all in use with different students in this classroom. This Preschool IS will provide classroom behavior and personal care assistance. The candidate must possess a current Intervention Specialist License with a Hearing Impaired Endorsement (PK-12).

Full Time: 187 Days
Minimum Qualifications: Valid ODE License, Satisfactory results of fingerprinting and criminal records check (Provided for free by MCESC)
