Monterrey Tile, a leader in the tile and stone industry. We are currently looking for FULL-TIME Customer Service Associate to join our team at our Chandler, AZ location.
- Start pay $18 an hour

- Company-paid benefits for employees after 90 days
Essential Duties:
- Handle incoming customer calls
- Take phone orders and collaborate with Sales and Warehouse staff to meet customer needs
- Top customer service and professional attitude
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Minimum two yearsÂ’ customer service experience
- Must pass felony background check
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word
- Interpersonal skills for problem solving
