Duties:
- Assist customers with their inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone, email, or in-person
- Provide product information and guidance to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers or other point-of-sale systems
- Handle cash handling responsibilities, including processing payments, providing change, and issuing receipts
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to handle incoming calls and provide assistance as needed
- Multilingual skills, particularly , are highly desired to assist bilingual customers
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities and earn commissions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in technical sales, retail sales, or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and operating cash registers
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to work well within a team
- Willingness to learn about new products and technologies
- Ability to perform product demos effectively
