Position Summary:
Leads the preventive and special maintenance associated with the Montereau physical plant, assuring compliance with city codes and schedules; and oversees all repair and work order projects. Assures that life and safety systems are properly maintained, and that facility power capacity is properly monitored.

Work is performed primarily indoors with changing temperatures, high noise levels and electrical and burn hazards. There will be occasional exposure to moving objects and contact with dust, oil/grease, and chemical odors and fumes requiring use of a respirator. Work is also performed in an open office arrangement within a shop environment.
