RequirementsBachelor’s Degree preferred; Associate degree required.
2 -5 Years Related Experience RequiredMust have excellent written and oral communication skills.
Knowledge of Federal, State and City Laws e.g., FMLA, ADA, ESSTA, PFL
Knowledge and experience conducting investigations.
Knowledge of unions and Collective Bargaining Agreements
