We are seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to assist in leading the nursing team.

Hours/Shift: Per Diem, Day Shift (7am - 7pm) and Night Shift (7pm - 7am) available.

Responsibilities Include:

* Responsible for providing quality patient care, which includes demonstration of skills in basic monitoring of patient activities and behaviors.

* Provide meal monitoring, support and redirection of patients with eating disorders.

* Support topic groups with therapy activities including art activities, recreational activities, meditation, and guided imagery.

Qualifications:

* High School diploma or GED required.

* Have the ability to obtain CPR, First Aid, and CPI certifications

* Must possess a current AZ DPS fingerprint card within specified timeframe

* Must be 21 years of age or older in accordance with Dept. of Health Services R9-20-204.

* Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record as driving is a requirement of the job.

* Experience in behavioral and/or mental health preferred.

* Eating Disorder knowledge, a plus.
