```Duties```

- Assist veterinarians in providing medical care to animals
- Perform various medical procedures under the supervision of a veterinarian
- Administer medications and treatments to animals as directed by the veterinarian
- Monitor and record vital signs of animals during procedures and treatments
- Collect and prepare laboratory samples for analysis
- Take and develop X-rays of animals
- Provide basic grooming and bathing services to animals
- Assist with dental cleanings and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of veterinary equipment and supplies

```Skills```

- Veterinary technician certification or relevant experience in a veterinary setting
- Strong knowledge of pet care and animal handling techniques
- Familiarity with veterinary terminology and medical procedures
- Experience working with equine or large animals is a plus
- Understanding of animal physiology and behavior
- Ability to assist with dog training and behavior management
- Proficiency in performing X-rays and interpreting results
- Knowledge of laboratory procedures and ability to perform basic tests
- Ability to provide veterinary critical care in emergency situations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
