Overview:
Join our team at the official TikTok Sample Center as a Sample Center Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in both the logistical and educational aspects of Open House Events and 1-on-1 Training sessions. This position is designed for individuals passionate about TikTok’s e-commerce capabilities, with a talent for communication and a keen eye for detail. You’ll be instrumental in preparing creators for success, from initial notifications to post-event follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educational Presentations: Lead presentations at Open House Events to educate TikTok e-commerce creators on successful content creation strategies, engagement techniques, and leveraging TikTok’s e-commerce features effectively.
• 1-on-1 Training: Conduct personalized training sessions, focusing on enhancing creators' live streaming content and maximizing their e-commerce potential on TikTok.
• Creator-kit Preparation: Assemble creator-kits containing essential resources and information for participants, ensuring they have all the tools needed for successful engagement during and after the events.
• Event Notifications: Manage pre-event communications, including sending notifications and reminders to registered creators, ensuring they are well-informed and prepared for the upcoming events.
• Follow-up Emails: Craft and send follow-up emails post-events, providing additional resources, feedback opportunities, and invitations to future training sessions or events.
• Event Review Reports: Analyze event outcomes and compile detailed review reports, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and strategies for enhancing future TikTok Sample Center events.

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in TikTok’s e-commerce and content creation landscape.
• Experience in event planning or coordination, with a focus on educational or training events.
• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective pre- and post-event interactions.
• Organizational skills for managing multiple tasks, from creator-kit preparation to event reporting.
