Requirements

• Lead Intensive Outpatient Therapy Groups & Individual Therapy Sessions: Able to assist in Facilitating IOP group therapy sessions to promote peer support and skill-building and conduct individual therapy sessions to address clients' specific needs.
• Assessment and Treatment Planning: Therapists assess clients' mental health needs, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Crisis Intervention: Respond to and manage crises that may arise during therapy sessions or in the community, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and any other required documentation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and case managers, to coordinate care and provide a holistic approach to treatment.
• Education and Support: Educate clients about mental health, coping mechanisms, and strategies for maintaining mental well-being. Offer support and encouragement throughout the treatment process.
