Our Miami-based client builds long-lasting, quality relationships between their clients and their target market. Spring is a busy period, so they’re looking to hire additional Customer Service Support Representatives for on-site campaigns across Miami.
You’ll be working as part of an outbound team responsible for promoting a brand and its products/services to the public at a specific venue. Using your ability to reach out and relate to people, you’ll provide local consumers with a positive, memorable customer experience. This helps the brand connect with local consumers and entices them into taking up current offers.

All Customer Service Support Representatives need to be 18 due to the face-to-face nature of the role and the client/customer contracts in place. Our client provides structured training and offers access to an extensive network of peers and industry leaders to learn from, so it’s ok if you don’t have much experience in this field. It is beneficial if you’ve worked with customers in customer service, retail sales, hospitality, or a similar position before.
