Position
Performs various duties in support of manufacturing order processing.
Responsibilities
- Enters manufacturing orders to satisfy daily demands of inventory
- Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions
- Review sales orders ensuring information, such as noted completion dates, is complete and advise as to non-conformance issues
- Track jobs and inventory through computer generated manufacturing system and report variances
- Research problems and suggest corrective actions in invoicing.
- Print/generate reports for production operations
- Print/generate work orders for production floor
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Reads and interprets production reports
- Perform basic math.
- Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
