Inside Sales Coordinator

Position
Supports all facets of the sale process from quoting, to fulfilling parts orders for jobs, repairs, and warranty work, to delivery of product to the customer. This position is also responsible for ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer calls, emails and inquiries for parts and follow-up as needed.
  • Troubleshoot customer needs by description and reference parts manuals to provide solutions.
  • Support all product lines including snowplows, snow & ice, truck equipment, accessories, and commercial upfit work.
  • Work with Outside Sales Team to prepare quotes and process jobs into system for build.
Qualifications
  • Associate degree (preferred) plus 6 months of experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred but not necessary.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
  • Word processing, E-mail, Order processing, Inventory, Manufacturing software, Database software
