Monroe Truck Equipment is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Coordinator

Job Title: Inside Sales
Primary Function:
Inside Sales - Supports all facets of the sale process from quoting, to fulfilling parts orders for jobs, repairs, and warranty work, to delivery of product to the customer. This position is also responsible for ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Scope of Work:
Inside Sales - Perform any and all tasks related to selling products and services to customers. This position requires a general knowledge of truck equipment and a mechanical aptitude.
Core Job Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer calls, emails and inquiries for parts and follow-up as needed.
2. Troubleshoot customer needs by description and reference parts manuals to provide solutions.
3. Contribute to warranty programs as needed.
4. Support all product lines including snowplows, snow & ice, truck equipment, accessories, and commercial upfit work.
5. Process orders for parts and materials for external use.
6. Quote truck equipment and parts.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.
