Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in store management, wireless sales, and team leadership.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day store operations, including sales, customer service, and staff supervision
- Develop and implement strategies to drive store sales and meet revenue targets
- Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and concerns
- Conduct employee orientation and training programs
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability
- Oversee budgeting, payroll, and financial reporting
- Provide leadership and guidance to the store team for optimal performance

Experience:

- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in wireless sales or a related field
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, payroll, and retail sales strategies
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and mentor staff
- Proficiency in time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with employee orientation procedures and retail management best practices

Pay: $52,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
