- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock replenishment
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the overall store appearance
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Oversee cash register operations and ensure accuracy in cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with the regional manager to develop and implement sales promotions and marketing initiatives

- Previous experience in retail management is required
