As the Category Manager – Power Supplies you will manage the relationship, establish and execute a category strategy, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance to ensure timely delivery to the project. In this role you will also lead cross functional meetings providing status updates and be proactive in risk identification.

What you'll do in the role:

·Your role will be to develop and execute a long-term category strategy

·You will develop high-level negotiation strategies with Business leaders and Legal to execute contracts

·You will develop and implement supplier performance evaluation metrics to assess and improve supplier quality, delivery and service levels

·You will use your expertise and knowledge to create a strategy for Muli Megawatt Power Supplies, and facilitate communication between company stakeholders and suppliers

·You will identify and mitigate risks associated with supplier reliability and product quality and implement contingency plans as necessary

·You will drive continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers, focusing on process enhancements and cost reduction strategies

·You will manage the supplier onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation and certifications are obtained and maintained

·You will organize and lead cross-functional team meetings to review supplier performance, discuss challenges, and plan future procurement strategies
