As an Employee Experience Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in human resources and employee experience initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to dive into several disciplines of HR including onboarding, candidate experience, learning and development, corporate events, employee engagement, project management, HR operations, and corporate services.

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team members to provide exceptional candidate experiences 
• Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing materials, scheduling orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into Monolith 
• Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives, including corporate events, recognition, and culture
• Collaborate with the Learning & Development Lead on learning & development opportunities for employees, as well as coordinating trainings and workshops 
• Partner with HR Operations team members on projects as needed 
• Support corporate services with general administration
• Any other duties and roles assigned
