Our Core Technology Shift Leads play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of maintenance of Monolith’s core technology equipment while collaborating with various departments to advance our state-of-the-art process.
As a Core Technology Shift Lead (CTSL), you are responsible for directing and overseeing specialized maintenance and repairs of the core technology equipment at Monolith’s Olive Creek 1 Plant (OC1). You will oversee subcontractors and assist in the field maintenance activities by following detailed work procedures, making decisions on repair scopes, ensuring procedure adherence and quality of repairs, and accurate data entry.
