Monogram Food Solutions has an exciting opportunity for an EHS Manager at our food manufacturing plant in Bristol, IN. The role will be responsible for administering the safety and environmental functions at one of our newest and growing sites. This position manages the safety and environmental programs and procedures to ensure the facility is operating to standard while ensuring compliance with company, federal, state and local laws and regulations, with a heavy emphasis on hourly team member driven participation and ownership of the process.
This position reports to the Senior Director of Employee Safety & Health, with dotted line reporting to Director of Environmental Compliance and Plant Director of Operations. This role is part of a 16 person EHS team supporting the Monogram sites and Support Center across the U.S.
