Job Summary :

We are seeking an enthusiastic Retail Store Sales Manager to lead our Livingston location. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in retail management, a passion for trading cards and collectibles, and a deep appreciation for sports.

This role involves enhancing customer satisfaction, driving sales, and maintaining operational excellence within the store.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop strategies to increase customer engagement and store sales.
• Manage and inspire the team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising.
• Manage inventory and stock control decisions effectively.
• Analyze sales data and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize profits.
• Address customer issues and concerns professionally.
• Train and develop staff, providing feedback and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications :

• Proven track record as a Retail Manager or similar managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of trading cards, collectibles, and sports is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership capability with a focus on motivating a team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to resolve issues efficiently and work under pressure.
• High school diploma required; BSc / BA in Business Administration or relevant field is a plus.
