Monk Law Group is looking for a Junior Executive Assistant to join a high-volume law practice.Monk Law Group practices primarily in family law, criminal defense, estate planning, and personal injury. The firm provides a 401(k) with employer matching contributions; paid holidays; and, bonus opportunities.The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal communication skills, as well as strong leadership and organizational skills. Prior experience in Family Law and/or management is preferred, but not required.
The Junior Executive Assistant will receive practical on-the-job training by shadowing the Chief Executive Assistant, and will be primarily responsible for providing support to the Chief Executive Assistant's day-to-day management of the firm's operations.Responsibilities of the Junior Executive Assistant include, but are not limited to:

• Calendar Management ;
• Case Management;
• Billing and Collections ;
• Proofreading and Editing ;
• Client Interactions ; and,
• Case Tasks and Drafting .

• Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Strong skills in task delegation and tracking
• In-person attendance Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. at our Lakeland Office
