As a small startup, we currently conduct a limited number of events, with plans to gradually increase the frequency in the future. Initially, support from the Founder will be provided at events. However, our long-term goal is to have one of our Activation Marketing Support associates take the lead at events independently.

Job Title: Activation Marketing Support

Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Activation Marketing Support. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the success of our marketing events by assisting with various tasks before, during, and after the events. You will be responsible for setting up, engaging with attendees, promoting our products and services, and facilitating interactions to drive conversions and leads.

Responsibilities:

- Arrive early to the marketing events to assist with setup, including arranging marketing materials, setting up displays, and ensuring all necessary equipment is in place.

- Engage with event attendees in a friendly and approachable manner.

- Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of the MoneyMate software to potential users, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

- Collect email addresses and other contact information from interested individuals for follow-up purposes.

- Inform attendees about our affiliate partnership program, highlighting the benefits and opportunities for collaboration.

- Encourage event attendees to sign up for our services on the spot, emphasizing the value proposition and special offers available.

- Verify registrations and ensure that all required information is accurately recorded.

- Conduct drawings or giveaways to incentivize participation and generate excitement among attendees.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

- Prior experience in event marketing or customer-facing roles is preferred but not required.

- Familiarity with the MoneyMate software or similar financial products is a plus.

- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
