Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team and oversee the housekeeping operations within our establishment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization to ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the housekeeping staff, ensuring that all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained according to established standards.

Duties:

- Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
- Ensure all rooms and common areas are cleaned and maintained according to company standards
- Ensure cleaning schedules and procedures are completed per hotel standards.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

- Address guest complaints and concerns regarding housekeeping issues promptly and effectively, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the guest.

- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations and procedures, including proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure overall guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality management or related field is a plus.

- Proven experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in a hospitality or hotel setting.
- Knowledge of hotel guest rooms cleaning practices.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and serve as a fill-in to cover schedule vacations when needed.
- Attention to detail and a focus on quality service.
