Your Role and Responsibilities:
As an integral member of our warehouse team, you will:

• Efficient Material Handling: Operate various materials handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks) to manage warehouse materials efficiently. Forklift certification is required for equipment operation.
• Inventory Accuracy: Use PDA scanners to ensure inventory accuracy, contributing to seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Order Processing: Take charge of processing orders, repackaging returns, and preparing shipments, including LTL, ensuring they are staged and ready for dispatch.
• FBA and 3PL Expertise: Exhibit understanding and proficiency in Amazon FBA fulfillment and third-party logistics shipping, optimizing our supply chain and fulfillment strategies.
• Shipment Preparation: Prepare, build, and secure pallets for outbound shipments, adhering to the high standards our customers expect.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, adhering strictly to safety protocols and procedures.
• Technological Proficiency: Utilize office programs (Word, Excel) and chat systems effectively, ensuring efficient communication and operation within our tech-savvy team in USA and China.

What We Look For:

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, particularly with order processing, repackaging, and shipment preparations.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new challenges and lead within the team, showcasing reliability and a strong work ethic.
• Knowledge and experience with Amazon FBA fulfillment, LTL shipments, and third-party logistics shipping.
• Forklift certification with experience in operating materials handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate inventory levels.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and adherence to safety practices in a warehouse setting.
