As we expand our presence in the USA market, we're looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Ecommerce Assistant to join our team.

As an Ecommerce Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing our product data feeds, creating listings, and submitting products to major sales channels including Amazon, The Home Depot, Target, Macy's, and Lowe's. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with the Director of Ecommerce to achieve our company's goals and ensure our products are presented attractively and accurately to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality control of product data feeds to ensure accuracy and compliance with each sales channel’s requirements.
• Assist in creating and managing listings across various ecommerce platforms (Example: Target, Mathis Home, Macys, Kohls, Shein.
• Submit products to sales channels and ensure they are optimized for visibility and sales.
• Collaborate with the Ecommerce Director to implement strategies that enhance our market presence.
• Handle light customer service duties to support our customers' needs.
• Assist ecommerce director with daily operational task for partner channels

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years of relevant experience in ecommerce, preferably in the furniture products industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and capable of managing large datasets.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with team members and sales channels.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work, with a keen interest in ecommerce and digital sales strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
