The Position:

The Assistant Production Coordinator reports to the Office Manager. This position focuses on scheduling residential roofing jobs, keeping customers informed, and providing world class service. The Production Coordinator is also responsible for implementing and following a best practice customer service model before, during, and after jobs are completed through a field manager and production team.

This position will report to the Monarch Roofing office located in Wilmington, NC.

Monday – Friday, 6:30am – 5:00 pm, Saturdays morning may be needed. Must be flexible during after hours and Saturdays for task completion, meetings, communication and team building.

Essential Job Duties:

• Schedule Deliveries/Orders, and Production crews/subcontractors
• Coordinate with Customers of Delivery Times/Dates
• Manages the production calendar
• Coordinates with Field manager daily for crew progress and flow
• Review Inspections sheets for payment of subcontractors
• Manage Sub-Crew payments and sign off on work
• Keeps detailed inventory
• Implement better ways to increase production & quality
• Reviews Job cost and complete report for Division manager

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
