We are looking for a career orientedMaintenance Technician to join our team at Valley Stream Apartments in Maumee, OH. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents and on-site maintenance calls.

- Pay $19.00 - 21.00/hr.
- PLUS up to $750 quarterly bonuses
- Up to $200 a week additional pay when on-call if you get called out or not!
